“The Human Mind and Art” is not a set of finite collections, but an ongoing digital art project of permanent research. It is the ecosystem where Neuroaesthetics and consciousness take shape through singular works.
This framework manifests through five interconnected series, where each 1-of-1 piece explores a distinct neural pathway—from soil regeneration to ancestral symbolism. The acquisition of a work integrates the collector as a patron of a vision that leverages art to promote and catalyze tangible social impact.
ENTITY INFORMATION
“The Human Mind and Art” project and its NFT collections are presented by ARQMAXNFT. This is an Independent Digital Art Initiative operating through blockchain technology. Currently, the project is developed as a cultural and pedagogical proposal within the Web3 ecosystem and will be formally legalized as its infrastructure evolves.
PRIVACY POLICY
This site collects only the minimum information required for its operation: technical browsing data (cookies), NFT transaction data (wallets and amounts), and any information voluntarily provided by the user. Data is used to:
- • Manage interaction with smart contracts and asset delivery.
- • Improve user experience.
- • Comply with potential technical and tax obligations. We do not share data with third parties except for essential technical providers (hosting, marketplaces).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- • Purchasing an NFT grants the buyer ownership of the token on the blockchain, but “not the copyright” of the digital artwork.
- • The buyer is solely responsible for the security of their wallet and private keys.
- • No refunds are allowed except in cases of technical errors proven on the blockchain.
- • The creator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to adapt to the project’s technological evolution.
COPYRIGHT & LICENSES
- • Copyright of the artworks belongs exclusively to “ARQMAXNFT”.
- • Purchasing an NFT grants a limited, personal, non-commercial license (private display, social media, resale of the NFT). All reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written authorization.
- • “Ethical Restriction”: The use, display, or association of the artwork in contexts that promote violence, hate, discrimination, or any act contrary to the “Culture of Peace” promoted by this project is strictly prohibited.
- • Secondary sale royalties will be applied automatically as defined in the smart contract.
